Welcome!
We are a small immigration law firm that has been in business for over 30 years. We limit our practice to Employment Based (EB) visas, both immigrant and non-immigrant. We have large firm expertise, with small firm prices (see FAQs for some of our standard fee agreements.) We represent colleges, companies and individuals, and the vast majority of our clients are scientists, engineers or professors. Almost all of our clients are degreed. We also take family cases.
We pride ourselves on being accessible. Only when the office is closed will you hear an answering machine, otherwise you will speak to a live person. Most of our fees are fixed for services we provide, so you can call or email when you need to and discuss any question or problem related to your case without fear of receiving an unexpected bill for the call. Firm hours are from 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM Monday through Friday.
If you want to file for permanent residence, an H-visa, an O-visa or some other employment type visa we are your law firm! We have reasonable fees, offer accessibility and expert advice, and we get the job done fast and efficiently.
